What’s important for use and care

The most common concern with trash cans with bamboo elements: that the wood in the bathroom gets mold spots or swells from splash water and humidity. Bamboo is much more resistant than tropical woods but still needs regular wiping with a dry or slightly damp cloth — no wet rags, no cleaners with acids or solvents, as these attack the natural wood surface. For the fabric version, the inner plastic coating is waterproof; if liquid gets on the outer felt, the fabric can be wiped damp but should dry completely in the air before being placed back.
