Return Policy – Cavaelle

  • Region: Returns and exchanges are currently possible for customers in Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
  • Which items can be returned:
    Both defective and non-defective products can be returned, provided they are in original condition.
  • Return Deadline:
    Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods.
  • Return Method:
    Returns are only accepted via postal shipping to the return address we provide.
  • Shipping Costs:
    The customer bears the cost of return shipping.
  • Processing Fees:
    We do not charge any additional fees (e.g., restocking fees) for compliant returns.
  • Refund:
    Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return, using the original payment method.
  • Exceptions:
    Reduced items and gift vouchers are excluded from the return policy.

Conditions for Returns

At Cavaelle, we want to provide you with a worry-free shopping experience. If you are still not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. This return policy currently applies to orders within Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Please contact us at info@cavaelle.com, to start the return process. You will then receive detailed instructions via email.

Returned products must be unused, complete, in the original packaging, and with all included parts. Items with signs of use or damage may result in a partial refund.

Return Process & Shipping Responsibility

Returns are made by postal shipping. If the product is not defective, you will bear the return shipping costs. You will receive the return address and further instructions after your request is approved.

Condition of Returned Items

To receive a full refund, the item must be in new condition – unused, in the original packaging, and with tags. If an item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund value.

Product Returns

Would you like to exchange an item? This is possible for customers in Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Please follow the regular return process. After reviewing and accepting your return, you can place a new order. For defective products or errors on our part, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge.

5. Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed. The actual credit may take a little longer depending on the bank.

6. No restocking fees

For returns that meet our conditions, you will not incur any additional costs. For damaged, incomplete, or clearly used items, a reduced refund may be issued.

7. Undelivered or refused packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal of acceptance, or non-collection, additional fees for the return or redelivery may apply. Please check your details carefully before completing the order.

8. Customs fees and international returns

This return policy currently applies to customers with a delivery address in Switzerland and the United Kingdom. If you order from abroad, please note that customs and import fees will be at your expense. We are working to enable returns from other countries in the future.

9. Change of delivery address

If you wish to change your delivery address after completing the order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@cavaelle.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, an address change may no longer be possible.

10. Right of withdrawal within the EU and the United Kingdom (14 days)

For orders within the European Union and the United Kingdom, you also have the statutory right of withdrawal: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reasons.

The items must be returned unused, complete, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include an invoice or other proof of purchase.
