Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

Cavaelle currently delivers to private and business addresses within Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Delivery to other countries is not possible at this time, but expansion into additional markets is planned.

2. Which products are shipped

All products offered in the shop are subject to our regular shipping process. Each product is carefully checked, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

3. Delivery address

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout. Delivery to parcel stations or pickup points is currently not offered.

4. Order time & processing

Orders placed on weekdays before 6:00 PM (GMT+1 Zurich) will be processed within the regular processing time of 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be included in the processing time starting from the following business day.

5. Processing time

The processing of your order (including order confirmation, quality control, and packaging) usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

6. Delivery times

After shipping, the average delivery time within Switzerland and the United Kingdom is 5 to 7 business days. Delivery occurs only on business days (Monday to Friday). During peak times such as promotional weeks or before holidays, delays may occur.

Total estimated delivery time: 6 to 9 business days.

7. Shipping costs

For all orders within Switzerland and the United Kingdom, we offer free standard shipping. There are no additional fees for packaging or handling.

8. Change of delivery address

Would you like to change the delivery address after placing your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@cavaelle.com. We strive to implement changes – however, there is no guarantee if your order has already been processed or shipped.

9. Undeliverable orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of acceptance, or non-collection, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for return and possibly reshipment. Please check your details carefully before submitting your order.

10. Import duties and taxes

For deliveries within Switzerland, there are usually no additional customs fees or import taxes. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, import duties or taxes may apply depending on the shipping route or product category, which will be charged in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
